Pool repair: the cause first, the parts second

Noisy pump, filter losing pressure, pool heater that won't start: we find the real cause, then we repair.

The service

An honest diagnosis comes first

Mechanical room: control valves and blue filters

The symptom is often misleading. Green water can come from a pump that's losing its prime; a pool heater that won't fire sometimes just isn't getting enough flow. Swapping parts at random is expensive and rarely solves the problem.

So we look for the cause before changing anything: pressure, flow, noises, leaks, power supply. For fast troubleshooting, call us directly.

Who it's for

  • Equipment acting up

Noisy pump, climbing pressure, a pool heater that shuts off: better to understand it before it gets worse.

  • Aging equipment

You're torn between repairing and replacing: we give you the facts, without pushing a sale.

What we diagnose and repair

  1. Pumps: noise, leaks, loss of prime, motor that won't start
  2. Filters: abnormal pressure, leaks, water that stays cloudy
  3. Pool heaters and heat pumps: troubleshooting and electrical repair
  4. Circulation: low flow, air in the lines, valves and fittings
  5. Visible leaks on equipment and exposed plumbing
  6. Spas: repairs with our partner, EL l'expert du Spa
  7. Service calls and fast troubleshooting

Repair or replace?

We repair when it's worth it. When equipment reaches the end of its life, a repair often just pushes back the next breakdown: we tell you straight, with the options laid out.

How it works

Request a quote
  1. You describe the symptom

Noise, leak, pressure, error code: a photo or a short video sent by email helps us prepare for the visit.

  2. On-site diagnosis

We check the whole system, not just the suspected part.

  3. A straight recommendation

We explain the cause and the options, then you decide.

  4. Repair and testing

We restart the equipment and make sure the whole system runs normally before we leave.

“Adam is a really hard worker. We had a problem with our pump. He came back to our place and worked hard to find the source of the issue. It wasn't his fault at all, but he worked very late running tests to reassure my wife. Problem solved, and we know where we stand going forward. I highly recommend him! He's honest, competent, and he genuinely cares about your satisfaction!”

Frequently asked questions

My pump is making a new noise. Is it serious?

A high-pitched grinding often points to the motor bearings; a gurgling sound, to air on the suction side. Have it checked early: stepping in before it fails often avoids replacing the pump.

My filter pressure is too high. What should I do?

It usually means a dirty filter: backwash it or clean the cartridge. If the pressure climbs right back up, the problem is elsewhere and calls for a diagnosis.

My pool heater isn't heating anymore. Why?

Often not enough flow, a dirty filter, or a faulty sensor or electrical component. We check the flow and the power supply first.

Should I turn the equipment off until the visit?

If it's leaking, making an abnormal noise or tripping the breaker, yes: cut the power. A pump running dry can suffer more damage.

Do you repair spas?

Yes, with our partner, EL l'expert du Spa. Cleaning and water care are handled by our own team.
