Pool and spa maintenance, all season long

Testing, balancing and cleaning from opening to closing: healthy water and equipment that runs smoothly.

The service

Clear water doesn't take care of itself

Residential equipment shed: pool heater control, filter, chlorinator and pails of maintenance products

Heat, storms, swimmers, leaves: everything that touches the water shifts its balance. When the pH drifts, chlorine loses its effectiveness and algae moves in; regular maintenance corrects those swings before you can see them.

We maintain pools and spas alike. For a spa, that also includes a full cleaning: draining, washing the shell and refilling.

Who it's for

  • Pool owners

You want to enjoy your backyard without spending your evenings dosing chemicals.

  • Spa owners

Little water and lots of heat: a spa goes out of balance quickly.

  • Water that won't stay balanced

We look for the cause, whether chemical, mechanical or filtration-related, instead of adding more products.

What maintenance includes

  1. Water testing: pH, total alkalinity, sanitizer
  2. Balancing adjusted to the pool's volume and use
  3. Cleaning: skimmer, baskets, walls and floor, as needed
  4. Checking the pump, filter, pressure and water level
  5. Backwashing or cartridge cleaning, depending on the filter
  6. Spas: draining, cleaning the shell and refilling
  7. Personalized advice: what to watch between visits

Spas need their own kind of care

In a spa, residue builds up fast until the water won't rebalance: draining it and fully cleaning the shell gives you a fresh start. For spa repairs, we work with our partner, EL l'expert du Spa.

Before and after

A real job, photographed before and after our work.

After: the same spa, shell clean and refilled, clear water
Before: spa set into a waterfront patio, shell drained, stained and scattered with leaves; a technician about to scrub it
BeforeAfter
Same spa, same angle: the shell was drained, scrubbed and thoroughly washed, then refilled.

How it works

Request a quote
  1. First contact

Describe your pool or spa and the state of the water. A photo sent by email is often worth more than a long description.

  2. A first visit

We assess the water, the pool and the equipment, and bring green or cloudy water back first.

  3. A schedule that fits you

Together, we set how often we visit, based on your pool and how it's used.

  4. At every visit

Testing, balancing, cleaning, equipment check. If something's off, we tell you what we recommend.

Frequently asked questions

How often does a pool need maintenance?

In peak season, the water should be checked at least once a week: a heat wave or a big storm can throw it off quickly. We set the visit frequency with you.

My water is cloudy, but the chlorine is fine. Why?

A pH that's too high reduces chlorine's effectiveness, poorly adjusted alkalinity makes the pH unstable and weak filtration leaves particles suspended. A full test tells us what to correct.

How often should a spa be drained?

It depends on its volume and how much it's used. Water that stays cloudy or foamy despite good balancing generally means it's time.

Do I need to be home during visits?

No. All we need is access to the gate and the equipment, with your pets kept inside.

Can you rescue a green pool in mid-summer?

Yes: cleaning, water treatment and a filtration check. Then we look for the cause, because water that keeps turning green usually has a specific one.
